1-Lesson Online Learnings

Spending 1-3 hours going through an online training module is often not necessary. When the learning is designed in the right way it takes minutes and not hours to understand a learning concept. Each of Meyvn’s online courses focus on a singular learning lesson. This makes the learning quick, easy to follow and highly engaging. Fully Integrated

Learn in the morning and apply in the afternoon. Retention rates soar to 75%-95% when learners practice by doing, which is why we structure our training initiatives to ensure application of learning in real time. We conduct 60% of our workshops at client facilities so that learners can go out into the field and practice what they just learned the same day they learned it. Then we debrief how it

went to solidify the learning.

Boot Camp Style

Many of our clients work in 24/7 operations with limited time available for training. Meyvn’s Boot Camp style courses are short and sweet. They take concepts such as communication, team building, accountability and leadership and condense only the most important lessons into 2-3 day classes. In a typical Boot Camp workshop we will address 5-7 lessons within a single day. These workshops can be facilitated as full day programs, half day programs or hourly programs where people from the organization rotate in and out of training sessions.
